The vibrant color you see on the lumber's surface is not a veneer—it runs all the way through the material. Before transforming HDPE into lumber, we blend UV inhibitors, pigments, and other protective compounds with the plastic. Not only does this fully saturate the lumber with rich hues, but it also ensures long-lasting color that stays bright and vibrant year after year.
Inspired by wire-brush textures, our Vintage Finish evokes the richness and character of matte-painted wood but doesn’t require refinishing after exposure to the elements.
